A Wise Approach LLC, DBA Fingertip Facelift ("we", "us") runs this website and sells the Fingertip Facelift courses and programs. This policy explains what we collect here, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions. This site is for adults 18 and older. What We Collect

  • Your name and email address, when you buy, ask for something free, or join our email list.
  • Your phone number, if you give it to us at checkout or when you sign up for text messages.
  • Payment details, handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your card number.
  • What you bought, and your subscription or refund history.
  • Your login details for the course area, if you bought something. Our website platform holds these, and we never see your password.
  • Messages you send us on Instagram or Facebook, including the content of the conversation and any contact details you give us there.
  • Anything you send us for us to use, such as a testimonial, review, photo, video or voice note. Our Terms and Conditions set out what we may do with it and how to change your mind.
  • How you use this site: the pages you view, how you arrived, and how you move through a course you bought. Site analytics follow your cookie choice.
  • Your IP address and browser type, which reach the companies that deliver parts of each page. This happens as soon as a page loads, in the same way as requesting any image on the internet.
  • Your marketing preferences, including anything you have unsubscribed from.

We do not ask you for health information, government identifiers, or anything a privacy law treats as a special or sensitive category, and nothing on this site requests any. Please do not send us any. If you do put something like that in a message to us, it sits in that conversation, and you can ask us to delete it.

To buy something you have to give us a name, an email address and a payment method, because we cannot take an order or give you access without them. Everything else is optional, and not giving it only means you do not get the thing it is for.

Why We Use It

  • To sell you a course and give you access to it
  • To answer you when you contact us
  • To send you the emails you need in order to use something you bought
  • To send marketing, where you have not told us to stop
  • To understand which pages work and how people find us
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, protect our courses from being copied, and fix faults
  • To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations

If you are in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, for anything you bought and the access that goes with it; our legitimate interests, in running and securing a business, preventing fraud, protecting our own material, and telling our existing customers about related products; your consent, for analytics cookies, for text messages, and for marketing email where you joined our list without buying anything; and legal obligation, for tax and accounting records. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything you have already bought.

Who Receives It

These companies handle information for us, on our instructions:

  • Kajabi: runs this website, our checkout and the course area. Holds your name, email address, login and what you bought
  • Stripe: processes card payments
  • Mailchimp: sends our emails, and our text messages if you signed up for them
  • ManyChat: runs our Instagram and Facebook messages, and holds a copy of the conversation itself
  • Zapier: passes details between the tools above
  • Google Analytics: tells us which pages people visit and how they found us, unless you have declined analytics cookies

These companies receive your IP address and browser type because they help deliver each page, which happens before and regardless of any cookie choice. They are not given your name, your email address or anything you have told us:

  • Cloudflare: keeps the site secure and tells real visitors from bots
  • Cookie Script: shows the cookie banner and stores your choice
  • ProveSource, operated by Configo Ltd. in Israel: a notification tool built into this site. Its script still loads, though it no longer sets cookies or displays anything
  • Google Fonts and jsDelivr: supply the typefaces and some of the scripts each page is built from

These decide for themselves how they use what you give them, rather than acting on our instructions, so their own policies apply rather than this one: PayPal, if you choose to pay that way, under the PayPal Privacy Statement; Stan Store, a checkout we used previously, which still holds the records of anything bought through it; and your mobile phone company, if you signed up for text messages, because a message cannot reach your phone otherwise.

We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies and Your Choices

Essential cookies are always on. They remember your cookie choice, keep you signed in to the course area, keep your basket and checkout working, help tell real visitors from bots, and let our website platform recognize your browser from one page to the next so it can keep the site working correctly.

Analytics cookies are the only ones we set for a non-essential purpose. They are Google Analytics, including our website platform's own analytics. We no longer run advertising cookies on this site. If you visited before September 2026 your browser may still be carrying an advertising cookie set then; it is no longer used and it expires on its own, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

A banner lets you accept or decline when you first arrive. If you appear to be in the EEA or the UK, no analytics cookie is set unless you accept. Everywhere else, including Switzerland, analytics run unless you have declined them. We treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decline. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie control on this site, or through your browser settings.

Declining changes nothing about your price, your access, or anything you have bought. Note that the companies in the second list above receive your IP address when a page loads, before any cookie choice, which is how a web page is delivered rather than something a cookie setting can switch off.

Marketing Emails

If you buy from us or ask for something free, we may send you marketing email about related products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also stop it by emailing us. Unsubscribing changes nothing about your access to what you bought, and you will still get the emails you need in order to use a purchase.

Text Messages

We do not send marketing texts to a number you give us at checkout. You join our text message program separately, by giving your number and agreeing at that moment, and the terms shown to you there govern it, including how many messages we send and how to stop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How Long We Keep It

  • Purchase and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
  • Your name, email address, login and marketing preferences: for as long as you have access to something you bought, and otherwise until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe we keep a record of that, because it is the only way to be sure we do not email you again.
  • Messages you sent us: we clear older Instagram and Facebook conversations periodically, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner.
  • Anything you sent us to use, such as a testimonial: until you tell us to stop using it, and after that only where we still need a record of the permission.
  • Analytics: for the retention period set in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted there.
  • Your phone number, if you joined text messages: for as long as we need it to run that program. If you reply STOP we keep only enough to be sure we never text you again.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • restrict what we do with it while a question about it is open
  • send a copy to you or to someone else in a machine-readable file
  • stop using it for marketing
  • stop relying on your consent, where we relied on it

Email [email protected]. There is no form to fill in. We answer within one month, and we will tell you what we have done.

Two things we cannot do, so that you are not surprised. We have to keep the records of a purchase for as long as tax and accounting law says, so a deletion request cannot reach those. And deleting your details means deleting the account that gives you access to a course you bought, so we will say so and check before we do it. If we turn any request down we will tell you why, and you can reply to that answer to appeal it. We may need to check it is really you asking, and we will only ask for what we need to be sure. You can also have someone make a request for you, if you give them written permission we can see.

For Residents of the EEA and the UK

You have the rights above. You can also object to us processing your information where we rely on legitimate interests, and you can complain to your national data protection authority. Nothing we do here makes an automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

For Residents of Canada

You can ask us for access to what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, at the same address.

US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, to access, correct or delete it, to a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. The other rights are exercised by emailing us, and using them never changes your price. If we turn a request down you can appeal by replying to our answer, and if we turn the appeal down you can complain to your state Attorney General. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you.

Where Your Information Goes

We are a United States company, and most of the companies above are in the United States. ProveSource is operated from Israel, which the European Commission has decided provides an adequate level of protection. Where information about someone in the EEA or the UK reaches a company that needs a safeguard, we rely on that company's own data processing terms, which for our main providers incorporate the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the UK, the UK Addendum or the IDTA. Ask us and we will tell you which safeguard applies to a particular company, and give you a copy where there is a written agreement, at [email protected].

Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Any change is posted here with a new "last updated" date. If we make a significant change, such as collecting a new kind of information, using what we hold for a new purpose, or sending your information to a new kind of company, we will also say so by email to everyone we hold an email address for and are still allowed to email. If a change means we need your permission for something new, we will ask for it rather than assume it from this notice.
