These terms cover the Fingertip Facelift text message program, run by A Wise Approach LLC. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your phone number.

The program

Fingertip Facelift Alerts. A one-time series of three marketing text messages about our September 24 launch. After the third message the series ends.

Joining

You join on our sign-up form at mailchi.mp/fingertipfacelift/secret-launch-optin, by giving us your mobile number and confirming that you want the texts. By joining you agree to receive three automated marketing text messages from Fingertip Facelift at that number. You must be 18 or older and the number must be yours. Joining is never a condition of buying anything, and your price and access are the same either way.

Texts are available on US mobile numbers only.

How many messages

Three marketing messages. You may also get a short confirmation when you join or when you opt out, and a reply if you text HELP.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and we will send one final message confirming you are out. You can also email [email protected]. Stopping changes nothing about your membership, your access, or your price.

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

Your privacy

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy lists the companies that handle your information and what each one does.

We keep your number for as long as we need it to run this promotion and to show you agreed to it. If you reply STOP we keep just enough to make sure we do not text you again. To have your number deleted, email [email protected]. Deleting your Fingertip Facelift account does not by itself end these texts, so reply STOP as well.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms the date at the top will say so. If we ever want to text you beyond the three messages above, we will ask your permission first.
